Responsibilities
•   Candidate as a functional resource would advise the customer in end-end of application development (Billing and related reporting application)
•   As a functional expert define end-end process requirements/Use case Scenarios, and Deliver fool proof IT requirements
•   Facilitate application design / wire frame design
•   Provide Data /analysis/ user cases that clarifies end user requirements to Developers
•   Actively support IT team in application development process, including process clarifications, programming logic validations etc.
•   Proactively identify application gaps/user requirement changes, to address it ahead of time by working with key stakeholders
•   Validations, Reconciliations and UAT sign off
•   Implement testing
•   Drive UAT and facilitate user sign off.
•   Responsible to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and drive customer satisfaction

•   Excellent in using Excel
•   Knowledge and exposure in SQL (Query building)
Preferred qualifications
•   Experience using BI technologies, including TIBCO Spotfire.
•   Power BI Tools – especially Tableau
•   Mentor, guide, and develop a high-quality pool of diverse and global development resources dedicated to delivery of business intelligence solutions
