Understands end-to-end master data processes and flows and uses knowledge to design and implement master data management solutions. Provides business process, system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes. Identifies, reviews and evaluates master data management metrics. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. Provides training and support on master data process to users. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Your Responsibilities:
Pre “REIWA Go- live”
Coordinate master data clean up across various teams in the NAM HUB.
Support the data loading and validation activity in S4/HANA
Support / Lead the integration of local and global master data creation tools to SAP (HVPLM, Product configurator, MDL etc.)
Support local team in cleaning up of master data related defects during ITC and UAT testing.
Post “REIWA Go- live”
First point of contact for master data defects - bridge between IT and business
Create controls and standards to maintain master data quality and integrity.
Clear the master data conflicts between plants / organizations (eg. Same material number for different use.)
Lead Projects Related to improvement of the utilization of SAP in the NAM HUB
Execute activities related to Master Data maintenance / improvement in other related databases / tools.
Your Background:
B.E / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Years of experience should be 6-10 years.
Hands on experience in Master Data Management
Excellent knowledge of SAP, S4/HANA
Knowledge of master data in a manufacturing environment
Excel Proficiency
Process Mapping capabilities.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
