Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Manage and resolve customer queries, providing timely and accurate solutions
Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers with empathy and professionalism
Close faults and complaints within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to effectively address customer issues
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to meet the communication needs of users and clients
Provide first-level customer service support to clients regarding their operations
Adapt to business requirements and switch between support channels (phone, chat, email)
Maintain excellent communication skills and deliver high-quality service and support
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
