Job Description For WorkForce Software Off Campus Recruitment Drive:

Work on project implementation assignments and follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.
Demonstrate technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances.
Possesses analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong Programming skills and SQL knowledge are preferred.

Compensation Details:

Internship
- During in premise internship,
  - The stipend will be ₹ 35,000 per month for 6 months
Service Agreement:
- The Agreement tenure will be for 18 months(including 6 months internship).
- Post completion of the internship, your CTC will be ₹ 7.2 Lpa.
- The company spends considerable effort in training new interns/employees through direct mentoring by senior folks.
- Only candidates willing to commit to 18 months of tenure need to apply.
