Job Description:
1.Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training
2.Perform requirement gathering and analysis
3.Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts
4.Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads

Pre-requisites:
1.Excellent in written and spoken English
2.Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers
3.Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles
4.Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts
5.Interested in learning new technologies
