What you’ll achieve As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for dealing with sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs, and general business environment providing support to help our customers.
You will:
- Participate in the triage, review, and evaluation of software/storage requirements and specifications basis customer requirements.
- Flexible to work in 1:30 AM – 10:30 AM (IST) / 4 PM – 1 AM (EST) Shift
- Prepare written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements.
- Use defined software lifecycle methodologies.

- Good knowledge of programming languages; operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; databases; system, network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities, as applicable
- Knowledge of server, storage, networking, and client technologies
- Ability to code/debug moderately sophisticated programs using design specifications.
- Knowledge of software architectures and applications
- 1-3 years of related experience Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Week offs can be on any 2 consecutive days in the week and not necessarily sat/sun.
