As a Web Engineer, you'll be involved in the full life cycle of the development of users' facing our web application, management dashboard, and reporting tools. We have a small and agile development team where each member is able and required to shape the product in their own unique way.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for web-based dashboards and reporting tools.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Good in HTML template engines (like Mustache, Handlebar)
- Would be able to work with Pure JS/TS files without using frameworks for Frontend
- In-depth knowledge and experience of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Experience working with one of the popular JS frameworks: Angular 8+, Vuejs, ReactJS, etc.
- Experience working with ES2015 or Typescript.
- Experience working with CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
- Experience working with responsive design and fixing cross-browser issues.
- Experience with Jira and Git will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Bootstrap, node.
- Bachelors/Masters degree
- 1-2 years of experience in web development or similar roles
- Good communication skills
Brownie points if you,
- Have previously worked in fast-paced product based startup with a small-medium org size
- Possess conversational knowledge of any of the regional languages in India
- Regularly spend a lot of time-consuming knowledge relevant to startups in various forms - articles, books, podcasts, documentaries etc.
