Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Graduate will work under the guidance of senior professionals in the field. The primary responsibilities of the Graduate include:

Gaining knowledge and practical experience in the specialized area or function.
Acquiring relevant practical experience and an in-depth understanding of the services or solutions offered by the specific area or function.
Providing general administrative support to the specific area or function.
Coordinating meetings, managing logistics, organizing filing systems, and maintaining records.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, as well as reviewing system data for accuracy.

Identifying and investigating errors or discrepancies; taking corrective action or escalating issues for resolution as necessary.
Providing support to clients on matters of low complexity, while keeping a comprehensive log and list of all queries.
