At Finastra, the People Services team delivers high-quality HR services to all our global locations.
In addition to Bucharest, Romania, we have offices in Bangalore, India that serve the EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions respectively.
As part of the People Services Team, the HR Senior Associate is responsible for providing HR services to locations across EMEA
Job Title: Senior HR Associate
Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Run monthly HR reports from Workday and provide the HR input tot Payroll for EMEA countries
Collecting timesheet data via the ServiceNow ticketing system
Acting as an advisor on People Payroll related queries via ServiceNow by using the guidelines and instructions available
Assist with reports during audits or annual specific processes
Requirements:
2 years of previous experience in HR Operations
Good to have HR input to Payroll preparation for EMEA countries (Poland experience would be an advantage)
Good to have experience in Workday and ServiceNow not mandatory.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
Good in Excel
