Job Title

Tech Lead, Cyber Security

You’re the kind of person who will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand identity and access management requirements.
• Strong in Solutioning, design and good Architecture experience
• Design comprehensive IAM solutions that address identity lifecycle management, access governance, role-based access control, and compliance needs.
• Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for IAM solutions.
• Lead the implementation of SailPoint Identity IQ solutions, including integration of complex connector types, workflows, roles, policies, and other components.
• Customize and extend the SailPoint platform as needed to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems, directories, databases, and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed during solution implementation.
• Need to have good understanding and experience in IdetityNow SaaS platform.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementation, configuration, and integration. Provide ongoing support to ensure the stability and performance of SailPoint solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IAM and identity security.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ / Now solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages, scripting (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, etc.), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and security standards
• Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and relational databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Mainframe, AIX/Unix and Windows Systems Administration a plus
• Experience with Active Directory and Mainframe User Administration a plus

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Relevant certifications from SailPoint
• Experience in migrating from IdentityIQ to IdentiyNow
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISSP
• Experience with Rest APIs

Who We Are:

This is the Identity and Access Management Department within Fiserv’s Cybersecurity organization, undergoing strategic reshaping of the IAM delivery model under a dynamic new leader.  IAM functions make up 2 of 5 strategic cybersecurity pillars.  You will have an opportunity to influence and provide Fiserv direction to build a metrics and security controls focused privileged access program under the IAM umbrella.
