Job Description: Digital Marketing Campaign Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of performance marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize Google Ads campaigns and improve search engine rankings.
• Create and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, performance marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, making recommendations for innovative campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics, expenses, and budgets using spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in conducting keyword research and optimizing campaigns for search engines.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience with other performance marketing channels, such as display advertising, remarketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets..
