Job Description
GeekyAnts is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. We are looking for a mid-level professional who excels in various marketing channels, including organic, paid, content and shared marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives and requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, target audiences, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand positioning in order to formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising, etc., to drive relevant traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Create and optimize content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other relevant content formats, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote client brands, engage with target audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and apply relevant insights to client strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as designers, developers, and content writers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting in their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proven expertise in various digital marketing channels, including organic, paid, content, and shared marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Experience working with clients from various industries and sectors is a plus.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
