• Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Own Bank Loyalty Program Implementations, timely Solution Delivery and Change Management. 
• Work closely with Sales & Business teams to manage multiple stakeholders at Banks through the program cycle - participate in initial pitches, lead product/solution demos, suggest customizations in line with Bank requirements, own overall implementation and go-live process. 
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams for product/solution customizations, integrations and post go-live program management. 
• Actively engage with product, program and IT teams within Banks to increase their NPS with Razorpay products and solutions. 
• Implement relevant program level tracking, analytics and reporting processes and automate day to day program management. 
• Define Bank-level and Program-level strategy from a Customer Loyalty and Engagement lens and work with Management to increase our penetration into key Banks. 
• Enable business teams to cross-sell and upsell our solutions to prospect Bank customers, with solutioning and demos. 
• Write PRDs, API Specs, etc. to enable Engineering teams to implement and go-live with solutions within predefined timelines. 
• Own account and program level metrics, growth planning and annual and quarterly roadmaps. 
• Own the document preparation and submission process (docs, decks, etc.) for Enterprise RFPs/RFQs. 

• Key Requirements: 
• Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated excellence in Enterprise loyalty program management and solutioning for complex requirements. 
• Overall min. 5-8 years of experience
• Proven stakeholder management chops
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven expertise in writing detailed proposals, PRDs and Concept Notes with detailed project planning.
