Accenture is hiring for the role of Talent Connector Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Play a critical role in staffing at Accenture – supporting this connection of our people to projects is at the heart of our business.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Accenture project executives regarding all internal role fulfillment to help them build the best teams for our clients.
- Work in our world-class technology systems that leverage deep artificial intelligence capabilities, you will search for and match open project roles with ' best-fit;apos; candidates.
- Build and leverage the skills of the business area you support and connect regularly with executives to understand the details of their open roles and advise them on key staffing opportunities and challenges.
- Represent business priorities for the areas you support and convey key messages to project executives.
- Work cross-functionally with Human Resources to co-create solutions to challenging roles needing to be filled.
- Leverage data and reporting to monitor key staffing metrics, collaborating with your talent.
- You have prior scheduling, consulting, Talent Acquisition, or HR experience.
- You have experience using HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).
- You’re familiar with using digital tools.
- You have skills/experience in 2 or more of the following key areas: communications.
- 3 or more of these adjectives or titles describe you: Relationship builder, Effective communicator, Diversity and inclusion advocate, Problem solver, Resilient, Adaptable, Continuous learner, Innovator, Detail-oriented, Negotiator, Collaborator.
- You are comfortable working in a remote or in-person environment.
- You have experience working with large, fast-paced organizations.
