Program Manager
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within scope.
What you’ll work on
- Provide strategic leadership for programs, aligning them with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project scope, risks, and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds established standards.
- Prepare and present program status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Program Manager 2 Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Allocate resources efficiently and optimize resource utilization across programs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Minimum requirements 3+ years of experience as a program manager, project manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT product development processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Jira software.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with gaming experience.
