In India alone, there are about 63 million MSMEs and employ about 40% of India’s workforce. It allows for easier management of employee salaries by accounting for their attendance, leaves, allowances, overtime pay, and salary advances. Business owners can now disburse wages to all workers and file government-mandated compliance requirements in a single click. The app also helps blue-collar employees get a digital footprint of their payroll and employment details that they can easily share with financial institutions to avail loan and insurance products. The team is primarily based in Gurgaon.
The idea is to:
- Increase efficiency through the use of technology and automation
- Return time and capacity back to the small and medium business owners
- Dramatically reduce or eliminate payroll errors
- Drive greater payroll and compensation accuracy
- Provide an alternative to traditional outsourced payroll, at lower costs
- Provide instant access to payroll and headcount reporting
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out actively and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in B2B selling (must)
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
