Job Description
- To asses and ensure IT Infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope and in accordance with standard Project Management Methodology to maximize benefits and minimize impacts on the ongoing project timeline.
- To assist, develop and work on IT infrastructure projects by monitoring and managing data center to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- To monitor and maintain DC production and DR sites through by implementing environment monitorial system.
- To coordinate with multiple vendors for routine and periodical maintenance of HVAC control System, negotiate with them to structure contracts and secure cost effective services.
- To implement quality control procedure through SSL to ensure full compliance with service level agreement (SLA) and IT governance department
- To oversee retail application system integration, and assessing in timely disaster recovery procedures is maintained and completed in timely manner by DC team to ensure stability of data center operations
- To provide the necessary training, knowledge transfer by coaching and conducting training sessions for windows team
To organize with IT management and business team by coordinating in system drill test activities and develop strategies to ensure reported issues are resolved
