Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our team. Bonus point if you have some AI/ML experience
We don't ask typical DSA questions. Instead, we want to hear about your personal projects and previous experiences. We want to know what you've built, how you've built it, and what you're passionate about.
Requirements:- React.js- Cloudflare Workers (Optional)- Python- Node.js- Serverless (Optional)- Postgres- Langchain (Optional)- Docker (optional)- Appscript (optional)- ML/DS (Optional)
Bonus points: (You)- have AI/ML experience- have experience building a GenAI side-project. If you've dabbled in the world of GenAI, we want to hear all about it!- have a product mindset. You think about the end-user experience first.- have an eye for good design.- have already shipped a product that's used by >500 - 1k users. (It doesn't need to make money.)
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our team to enhance and maintain our Google Slides Addon, SlidesAI, and future projects.- Since we're a small team, you should be able to figure out things on your own.- Develop the front end using React.js to build the best user experience possible.- Work with Node.js/Python to handle API and server-side operations.- Build and maintain the backend using Workers/Python and Serverless architecture.
Who shouldn't apply:- If you have less than 2yrs of experience- Individuals who are not self-motivated. Since it's a remote opportunity, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of their work without us constantly pinging them to get the work done.- People who don't like to wear multiple hats. We're a small team, so all of us do a little bit of everything.
About the interview process:
1. Once we have a chat/call to get to know you better, we'll ask you to complete a short assignment to showcase your skills.2. Our technical round won't be your average data structures and algorithms. (It doesn't hurt if you know it.) but don't fret about leetcode questions.Instead, you'll be asked how you completed the given assignment, and it's an opportunity for you to shine by sharing your personal projects.
