Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a full stack developer. The Software Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of blockchain solutions for various clients. The job is located in Bengaluru and the candidate will collaborate with the development team to provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in React Native and blockchain technology
- Experience building scalable, secure, and reliable blockchain-based applications
- Ability to design and implement smart contracts and web3.js functionalities
- Expertise in Node.js, web services and API development for mobile applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and RxJS
- Experience with software development best practices, including writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of blockchain and React Native developers, providing guidance and support in technical aspects of projects. Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and React Native framework to ensure the team's skills are current.
Project Management
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
Plan, organize, and prioritize development tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.
Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts using platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others. Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain applications.
React Native Development
Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms. Optimize application performance and maintain code quality.
Team Collaboration
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance
Implement testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and robustness of blockchain and mobile applications. Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Compliance and Security
Adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and transactions.
Communication
