Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and performant UI/UX code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technology trends Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical debates to ensure quality.
• Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize the application’s speed through various means such as image compression, minification
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their career growth within the organization
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third-party libraries
• Participate in recruitment efforts, helping to identify top talent and collaborating during interviews and assessments
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability under pressure Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant, and efficient frontend applications
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux toolkit, Flux)
• Hands-on experience in building tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme

• Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code
