- Sourcing strategies to create talent pools (talent communities).
- Identifying candidates for our clients in offshore business locations.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Administering online assessments where needed.
- Assisting with reference checks and background verification checks.
- Facilitating vendor invoicing and tracking candidates on the candidate application tracking system as per company standards.
- Working as a part of the recruiting team which is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
