Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM
- Identify issues, applies fixes, and investigates root causes using internal instructions.
- Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
- Screen refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
- Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all online system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements:
- Must have completed Graduation; BTech or equivalent technical degree and or Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.
- Answers the customers' contacts via agreed channels and records reported issues.
- Identifies issues, applies fixes, and investigates root causes using internal instructions.
- Provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems over telephone, chat, and e-mail.
- Good technical inclination, logical thinking, solving simple issues on laptops/desktops like internet-related issues, VPN, office-related issues, installing/uninstalling apps, and many more
