Requirements
- Work with the development team to gather technical information and requirements to create tutorial content for our notification systems.
- Create and maintain technical tutorials for APIs and SDKs used for notification systems.
- Create and maintain user-friendly and easy-to-understand tutorials for our notification systems.
- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to ensure tutorial content is aligned with product updates and releases.
- Help identify and prioritize tutorial needs and gaps for our notification systems.
Responsibilities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of Python, Android, iOS, Java, Angular, and React SDKs.
- Familiarity with API integrations for notification systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex technical information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
