Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems that support business goals.
• Develop data models, schemas, and tech specs to support the application's functionality.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions for the backend infrastructure.
• Create and maintain APIs to power the product with APIs as a first-class citizen approach.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.
• Maintain public-facing technical and API documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability, security, and reliability of our systems.
• Contribute to product implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science
• Experience Required: 2 - 4 years
• Proficient in Python for backend development
• Experience with Git for version control
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Familiarity with Dango will be a plus
• ÀExperience in building B2B SaaS products will be a plus
• Strong Backend Engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must Have Min 2+ YOE in Python
• Mandatory (Skills) - Must have a Minimum 2+ YOE of in AWS or Azure or GCP
• Highly pref (Skills) - Knowledge of Django/Flask
• Mandatory (Company) - Top Product Companies (Highly Pref - SAAS Companies)
• Mandatory (Education) - BE/B.Tech in Computer Science
