Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards
- Manage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in India
- Maintain the stock of all hardware in all business units
- Log tickets with OEMs for hardware problems
- Send hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty
- Keep track of AMCs for all critical hardware
- Make entries in Asset Management software and manage hardware allocation
- Move assets from the storage location to the user’s desk and vice-versa
- Help in physical asset reconciliation
Requirements:
- You have 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience in working with procurement teams.
- Graduate in any field.
- Strong Excel skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Confident, creative, and proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them.
- Strong attention to detail
