Job Description Summary

As Software Engineer for AV Platform and Products you would participate in technology opportunities to interventional diagnosis.
Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse at a release level. Work in SCRUM team and with teams across business. Add value to build and release engineering discussions.
Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
In this role, you will have to:
• Develop, Document and test features
• Work with architects and technical experts to design new features, evaluate alternative designs, implement prototypes and establish an execution plan
• Make technological choices at the individual level and have the ability to analyze their impact
• Have the ability to develop functionalities in their verticality, from the back-end to the front-end
• Ability to understand issues related to loading and rendering images
• Understand the MVC construction process and identify the responsibility of each component
• Demonstrate expertise in writing tests to automate tasks.
• Implement the principles of continuous integration / deployment
• Provide expertise in quality engineering, test planning and test methodology for a software project
• Use experience to influence others
• Apply methodologies such as Lean / Agile / XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques.
• Be able to document
Essential skills
• Work experience as a software development engineer (git, gitlab, Jenkins experience)
• Experience in software design and web application design
• Master object-oriented language more specifically Javascript (ES6) / TypeScript / NodeJS / [C ++/Java]
• Understanding of the back-end logics of loading and rendering images and in the front-end, handling and creating features HTML5/Javascript
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Diplomas and education
Engineering degree in computer science or Master in computer science with advanced experience of at least 2-3 years in the field of software development
Technical expertise:
• Able to evaluate code, build it and run applications locally by itself
• Experience in creating applications in micro-services and micro-front ends
• Curiosity, creativity and sense of deliverables
• Promotes empowerment and adoption.
• Publishes materials to promote adoption of the design.
• Offers design solutions based on research and synthesis
• Passionate about innovation and medical imaging
