Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create innovative mobile and desktop experiences via information architecture, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and mock-ups in a way that’s both usable and beautiful for both iOS, Android, and desktop devices
• Get involved at every stage of product design and development and help define early concepts, ideate with product folks and flesh out high-level workflows, and execute on a crisp and efficient visual design
• Own and drive user research. This involves talking to users and relevant stakeholders and creating user stories, personas and storyboards keeping the user at the center
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes for different user journeys
• Design and launch new features under ambitious deadlines
• Enforce data-driven design and build product ecosystems
• Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design Concepts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a product designer in the UI/UX domain
• An existing portfolio that exhibits adaptability, creativity, and a deep understanding of the design principles and process, in addition to design systems, typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements
• Ability to think from first principles and excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-first thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Deep understanding of concepts like Information architecture, user research, research methodologies, user scenarios, etc.
• Sound understanding of UI design frameworks, responsive design principles, typography, and grid-based systems
