We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer to join our team. As a React Developer, you will
be responsible for leading the development of web applications using React frameworks. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development, strong proficiency in
React, and a passion for creating responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. If you are a

Job Role: React Developer
Experience Required: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of web applications using React frameworks, adhering to best
practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate
project requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend components and features.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high
performance across all devices and browsers.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with serverside logic and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code
quality and consistency.
• Stay up to date with front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and
evaluate their relevance to our projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and implement solutions to improve the overall quality
and stability of web applications.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and ensure thorough testing of
frontend components and features.
• Document technical specifications, architectural designs, and implementation details for
web applications.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React or Angular
frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong understanding of web
standards and best practices.
• Extensive experience in building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using
React.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux, MobX,
or NgRx.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet
project deadlines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's
degree preferred.
