Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Proficiency in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
Expertise working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.






Job Description:Review, design, develop & implement new features and functionalities.
Understand new requirements and design optimized solutions.
Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and client engineers.
Support through qualification cycles.
Work closely with functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot integration testing issues.
Handle field-reported problems, providing quick resolutions, workarounds, recoveries, and fixes.
