What would you do? Team supports client by providing them the requested data, reports & dashboards • Works on multiple regular & adhoc requests coming from client. • Extracts data from databases by running/preparing different SQL queries; • Prepares dashboards in Power BI/Excel; • Works on existing Access database reports and automate it using VBA
What are we looking for? "• Able to understand the requirement from clients and create SQL queries to extract data from cloud services. • Need to create data dashboards using Power BI. • Develop and support reporting processes using Advance Excel. • Analyze, identify and to fix bugs on VBA (MS Access). • Good to have knowledge on R programming. • VBA (Visual Basics for Application) • SQL • Advance Excel • MS Access • Power BI • Good to have knowledge of R language
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Daily dashboard – compilation of New Business, UW, and L&C data to monitor aging of work; also provides trending data for application submissions and handling times • UW aging report – inventory of aging work by UW team along with throughput/productivity data • NIGO reports – detailed reports with policy/requirement detail including new (“day 1”) policies for followup • Create SQL queries to extract data from cloud services. • Works on various adhoc and regular requests on daily, weekly or monthly basis • Monitor the server which has around 40+ scheduled reports - Able to understand the requirement from clients and create SQL queries to extract data from cloud services. • Need to create data dashboards using Power BI. • Develop and support reporting processes using Advance Excel. Macro tools and Data visualization. • Analyze, identify and to fix bugs on VBA (MS Access). • Good to have knowledge on R programming. + Data analytics knowledge to meet the business need. • Critical thinking & Insurance Knowledge is added advantage. • Data cleansing & Problem solving • Knowledge of database management systems + Good Communication skill. "
