Job Summary:
To be successful,

Should partner with technology & finance partners to understand use cases & develop new business intelligence tools
Should have a passion for automation and simplify existing process & actions while learning any tools that maybe required for the same.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand TBM (Technology Business Management) Concepts and applies it in Lowes context
Identifies process improvement opportunities and automates the same
Analyzes large volumes of data to identify areas of opportunity in technology spend
Configures the Apptio tool, using intermediate programming skills to make reporting updates, data calculations, and dashboard updates; optimizes both the model and the views
Identifies opportunities to adjust and optimize the technology financials
Navigates complex technical incident and support ticket management with Apptio
Understands and creates end user training programs and supporting collateral; facilitates training and access administration of new users
Actively reaches out to stakeholders to capture requirements and keep records of model enhancements
Research ways to optimize Apptio model and reports
Advises on report updates and utilizes intermediate programming skills to create new reports
Monitors environment for system, data, and model changes and amends/adds data sources as required
Drives Month End Process, including data upload, validation, and issue remediation
Provide the financial lens to software TCO when making licensing or application rationalization decisions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science
1-3 years of experience in Automation/ Dashboarding/ Analytical Roles
1 year of experience working as a member of a technology or cross-functional team
1 year of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience with Tech Financial toolsets
Experience collaborating with international teams
Experience working in a large matrixed organization
Experience supporting large technology programs
Experience with Peoplesoft / other Oracle ERP Forms
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer applications, Science or related technical fields
Data analytics / visualization trainings / certifications
Primary Skills (must have)
Strong Knowledge in one BI tool (Power BI / Apptio / Tableau, etc)
Strong knowledge and experience of data handling tools like SQL, Python / R
Experience with excel tools (Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA, think-cell) and PowerPoint
Exceptional logical, analytical and critical thinking skills; highly detail oriented
Secondary Skills (desired)
TBM Certification, Apptio experience
