Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers



Skill Set Required:Basic computer knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong probing and analytical skills
Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
Knowledge of management and content moderation
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provisional certificate/Degree certificate is mandatory
Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift)
Must be ready to Work from Office
Must have all necessary documents for background verification

Job Description:Verify and review information according to policy and guidelines
Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
Implement process changes and updates with thorough research
Adhere to process quality metrics, striving to exceed monthly/annual targets
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
