About TCS BPS Hiring for 2025 Graduates: TCS Business Process Services (BPS) is inviting applications from Arts and Commerce graduates from the 2025 batch for exciting entry-level career opportunities. This is a chance to be part of one of TCS’ fastest-growing units, with various enriching roles that can boost your career growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications: Full-time Graduates from B. Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Except Maths, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology) graduating in 2025.
Backlogs & Extended Education: One active backlog is permitted during the selection process, but it must be cleared within the stipulated time by the University. Extended Education is not considered eligible.
Gap/Break in Education: Any gaps in education must be declared in the TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation will be required.
Course Types: Only full-time courses are considered. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible. However, candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible if their other courses are full-time.
Work Experience: This role is for entry-level requirements. Any prior work experience must be declared in the TCS Application Form.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old.
Work Environment: Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24×7 environment, with rotational night shifts depending on project requirements.
Application Process:Registration:Visit the TCS NextStep Portal.
Complete the application form with accurate details, including name and date of birth as per your Aadhaar card.
Ensure all details are correct before submission, as errors may lead to disqualification.
Application Submission:If you are a registered user, log in, complete your application form, and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.
If you are a new user, register by selecting the ‘BPS’ category, fill in your details, and submit your application form. Then, click on ‘Apply for Drive’.
Test Centre Selection:Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test centre. Note that test centre preferences cannot be changed once selected.
Confirm your application status under ‘Track Your Application’ to ensure it reflects as ‘Applied for Drive’.
Important Note:This is an In-Centre test, and seats are allocated on a ‘First-Come-First-Serve’ basis.
Ensure all original documents (10th, 12th Marksheet, and Graduation Marksheets) are available.
Communication regarding the test will be sent by ‘TCS iON – Our Test Provider.’
