IBM Hiring Backend Developer Salary : Rs. 6 LPA - Rs. 10 LPA Experienced Candidates Can Apply
In this role, you will be responsible for the calendar management of the global leaders assigned. Take care of the travel including the flight, cab and stay reservations. Work with the leaders on the arrangements of the townhalls, VC’s. Take care of the logistical help like Meeting room bookings, Food and Beverages, corporate lunch, Negotiated rates etc. Initiate and engage all the celebrations like birthday, anniversaries etc of the leader and the DRs. Work on the expense management of the leaders as and when there is a travel.
Responsibilities
Manage the Conflicts on the meeting requests in the leader’s calendar.
Book Rooms, VFM, VC Rooms, hotels, and meetings in for external meetings
Set up meetings with the customers as per the priority given by the leaders and set up meeting with the internal teams.
Coordinate with the logistics team for the meeting room arrangements.
Concur requests and approvals.
Hotel, ticket and Cab bookings
Visa applications, Forex, Insurance
Concur reimbursements, Upload bills
Flight changes/Missed flights/Hotel changes etc.
Corp card limit increase requests.
International travel: Liasoning with the local employees and get the bookings done. Understand the policies and the system of the international travels and accordingly do the job
