Job Description
This position is for contract analyst with a defined role in reviewing and setting up customer contracts into billing system, ensuring accurate monthly recurring billing and credit operation. CA will also be responsible for assisting with customer billing queries
Roles & Responsibility
- Production support of various application components including Siebel, Identity & Access Management, Middleware / Weblogic, Kafka, API’s, Data Flows
- Troubleshooting and investigation of production incidents following ITSM processes
- Problem and defect management
- Drive continuous improvement in the SDLC CI/CD Pipeline
- Conduct code-level software analysis and fault finding to identify root cause and resolution
- Interface with internal clients, business managers, Product and Development teams to resolve incidents and support permanent fix
- Represent team on cross-functional initiatives for production, support, and development activities
- Interpret and present data and analysis to management and other stakeholders as needed
- Provide QA for production change
- Provide 24 x 7 on-call support for production systems on a rota basis
- Define, develop, and maintain production support documentation in our knowledge base
- Support of Disaster Recovery, Code Release, and other change events
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and work towards achieving best practice
- Creation of scripts for process automation and workarounds
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, MBA/Masters is a plus
- · 0-2 years of knowledge in Cost/Revenue Accounting and GL Accounting is must.
- · Excellent written and spoken English
- · Extremely well-organized – does not lose track of details or need reminding.
- · Strong process orientation – manages time well to always meet schedules and deadlines
- · Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills – learns from experiences
- · Confident and Self Driven
