Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive team’s schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the executive team’s schedules and calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
• Responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive team in a timely manner
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Preparing reports and presentations for the executive team
• Managing office supplies and equipment
• Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
• Conducting research and providing support as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Any)
