Data Quality Management
- Data quality control (data points, naming conventions, data processing, …) related to data of the following nature:
- Campaign planning
- Campaign activation, dimensions and metrics.
- Other sources to be discussed on a client by client basis (e.g. competitive reports)
- Manage the data quality process and uphold a high standard of data quality
- Ensure implementation of the naming and taxonomy process (deep understanding of technology ecosystem and platform specifications)
- Ensure that naming conventions are respected at all levels (ad serving, trading, ad verification, social media, other media transactional platforms)
- Collaborate with Global Ad Operations with regards to Ad server and ad verification platforms
- Collaborate with Trading teams with regard to DSP and site centric data
- Work with the Client Teams to maintain the client’s taxonomy and ensure is flowing through the ecosystem (product, brand, campaign name)
QA
- Identify potential issues in data and liaise with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure data is fixed in each source
- Support ensuring all tools across the process work harmonically (ClientSpace, Adserver, DSPs, Sprinklr, local system…) to provide a consistent data landscape.
Reporting, Insights& Benchmarking
- Contribute to definition of automated data analysis that can provide insights based on the accumulated worldwide activity
- Help revising automated reports and performing additional data analysis to generate insights based on data
- Identify additional opportunities to automate reporting and push to implement them.
Technical Skills
Platforms
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Dax, Power Query, Power Pivot) - MANDATORY
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 - MANDATORY
- Experience using Power BI/ Power Apps, Power Automate, and workflow apps. – NICE TO HAVE
- Awareness and experience with Ad Tech platforms (ad server, DSP, media management platforms, …) – IS DESIRABLE (if experienced)
Dev Experience
- POWER QUERY and DAX à MANDATORY
- Experience in denormalization/Normalisation – Star Schema – OLAP development – BI architecture – IS HIGLY DESIRABLE
- Any added value in Python, R, JS… to help Excel automation or other path to automation is more than welcome
Softskills
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Self-starter who can work well with teams
- Effective in translating insights
- Able to evangelize the importance of data quality
- Familiar with digital marketing channels and media planning
- Understands data, data structures and use of databases
- Experience working with upwards and downward management
- Knowledge of media mix tool systems (is a plus if experienced)
Education
Bachelor’s in Finance, Infrastructure Engineering, Business analysis, actuarial sciences, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Analytics or relevant field.
Previous Experience
No experience is needed, junior freshly graduated are more than welcome.
Languages
Fluent in English, Spanish advantageous
