GoodKarma is a young and fast-growing digital agency, based in Amsterdam. We are the creative & growth partner of fast-growing ecommerce brands. We support them with branding, content creation, development and growth services. Our typical clients are exciting e-commerce scaleups:

Our team is growing fast and we are looking for email marketing experts to collaborate with in various forms:
- part-time (permanent)
- freelance
This is a part-time / freelance position. We are open to hybrid / remote candidates as long as you are happy work at least 50% in our timezone working hours (CET, 9am-6pm)

Your day-to-day:
- Create email marketing strategies tailored to each client - we don’t do one size fits all
- Become a true brand expert of our clients: you know better than anyone the brand story/mission/vision, the customers, the competitors
- Set up automations for all parts of the customer journey
- Create and manage the campaign calendar, execute it independently or in collaboration with the client
- Follow a data-driven testing process to improve KPIs and drive revenue
- Weekly and monthly reporting of performance, KPIs and goals - you'll point out what's important and what needs to improve
- Write creative briefs for the content needed to create stunning emails
- Manage the work of the copywriters and/or translators
About you:
- This role is perfect for an experienced email marketer, growth marketer or talented generalist: you are a rare breed who is creative, yet analytical, commercial with an affinity for technology
- You love working on the strategy just as much as executing it
- You have an eye for design - Photoshop skills are a plus
- You understand the persuasive copywriting principles needed to make a good email
- You stay up to date on the latest ecommerce and email marketing trends, innovations and feature releases as they roll out
- At least 3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably within ecommerce
- Experience with Klaviyo is a must
- A strong grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing
