Responsibilities

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:

1. Design and Development: Architect, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.
2. Database Management: Design and implement database solutions, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
3. API Integration: Integrate external APIs and web services to enhance the functionality of the applications.
4. Code Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, and optimize the code for better efficiency.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
6. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and other technical problems in a timely manner.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the developed systems.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

Mandatory Skills

1. Programming Languages: Proficient in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
2. Database Management: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
3. API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
4. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Optional Skills (Good-to-have)

1. Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Containerization: Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
3. DevOps Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
4. Microservices Architecture: Understanding and experience in developing microservices.
5. Frontend Technologies: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Salary Range

The annual CTC (Cost to Company) for this position is in the range of 8 to 15 Lakhs.
