Non-Voice Process Associates are responsible for handling emails or chats from customers and Callbacks regarding a variety of requests around products and services. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied.  

Specialists require in-depth knowledge of the products or services being rendered, great communication skills and customer-handling skills. The ability to understand customer requirements is also essential. Demonstrated success in customer service is required.  

Skills and Abilities:        

• Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.          
• Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi. Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs.          
• Basic Telephone Etiquettes         
• Decision-making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.         
• Customer Focus and Being Attentive.  

Requirements:

• Qualification: HSC/ Graduation
• Exp Required: Fresher/ 6 months exp

Salary Details:

• For Fresher 19500 in-hand 20100 CTC
• For 6 month exp 24000 CTC in hand 23500

A week off: Rotational

Timings: Any 9 hours shift (Rotational Shift)
