Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams, via collaboration with multiple stakeholders on Requirements Grooming, Design, Architecture, and Prioritization across multiple scrum teams
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy
- Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
- Appropriately identify and raise risks, challenges, and opportunities to advance the team
- Partner with the design and technology teams to develop, evaluate, and deliver the defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate innovative solutions
- Keep up to date with industry, competitors, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and the latest trends
- Manage program blocking issues, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints
- Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, MBA or any other relevant qualification
- 1+ years of demonstrated excellence in delivering business solutions across a variety of platforms and technologies such as GCP, Big Data, Pyspark, Hive, Scala, Python
- Knowledge about Databases, SQL, Data movement, APIs, developing user interfaces & BI reporting is preferred
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, have an Agile mindset and can embrace new opportunities and adapt easily to change
- Product development experience is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
