Responsibilities of Candidate:
- Manage payroll inputs from Core HCM and other systems
- Update payroll inputs in the payroll system
- Run Zero to gross calculations
- Run gross-to-net calculations
- Process payroll and disbursements
- Conduct payroll checks and validations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent education
- Relevant years of experience in Payroll operations
- US Payroll experience and knowledge preferably on ADP System
- Experience working on HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc. preferably SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics, and reports
- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
