Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Solution Architecture and Design:
  
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analyze business needs to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and architect complex D365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for extending application capabilities and evaluating new technologies.
  • Contribute to Wave release analysis, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
    
  • Handle data migrations between different DB stacks
• Development and Implementation:
  
  • Develop and implement custom D365 and Power Platform solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
    Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Manage the deployment of D365 and Power Platform solutions to production environments.
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential improvements.
  • Finetune queries for performance and ensure that downstreams are able to consume data from DWH at scheduled intervals
• Team Management:
  
  • Lead and mentored a team of D365 and Power Platform developers/analysts.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to develop team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet them.
• Document solutions comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing.
