Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Handle IT requirements from US-based clients.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
Source potential candidates through job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Yahoo Hot Jobs, and post job listings on these platforms.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and the offshore team.
Provide weekly progress reports to management.
