Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Analyze and interpret medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in coding.
Stay up-to-date on the latest coding guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding.
Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with coding standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of coding policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
