Must have experience in Fraud Investigation.
Conduct high-profile, complex fraud investigations.
Multitask investigations with client follow-up.
Ability to communicate at all levels and Excellent communication skills
Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making regarding risk and fraud issues.
Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, schedule adherence and maintenance of requisites
Requirements

Experience from Voice / Semi-Voice background with excellent track record.
Experience in ACH and Check fraud investigations.
Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software).
Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff.
Proven expertise in financial investigations with strong analytical ability.
Must have strong interpersonal, good communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests).
Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
Willingness to work from office.
Preferred immediate Joiner’s.
