Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparing plan, policy, and process documentation
- Supporting incentive plan processing, crediting, and payouts on Xactly
- Creating financial, performance, and payroll reports
- Supporting sales modeling and analytics
- Tracking, researching, and resolving sales inquiries
- Providing HR support and onboard new hires
- Responding to audit requests
- Tracking process and project execution
- Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience
- Knowledge of sales compensation/operations concepts and principles
- Understand finance and accounting concepts
- Experience with sales performance management systems such as Xactly
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform in a matrixed environment
