As a Senior Software Engineer at Wright Research, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our robo-advisory platform. Working alongside a dynamic team of engineers, researchers, and industry experts, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our innovative approach to wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of our robo-advisory platform, focusing on user interface, backend systems, and technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and contribute to the technology strategy.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Assist in data management, ensuring secure and efficient handling of client data.
- Contribute to the team's adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Participate in the continuous innovation of our platform, staying abreast of the latest trends in fintech and AI.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Work with cloud platforms, microservices, and the data science stack.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fintech, AI, or related fields is a plus.
