Experience Needed: Freshers or those with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process, international sales, or client servicing are welcome. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is a must. Fluent communication skills are the key to success.
Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Focus:
Take ownership of each customer, empathize, and prioritize their needs.
Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
Determine customer needs and provide solutions through relationship building.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication.
Thorough documentation of customer account activities.
Engage in interactive dialogue through active listening.
Problem Solving Skills:
Approach problems logically and with good judgment.
Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
Prioritize work for efficiency and conduct research as needed.
Analytical Skills:
Critical thinking and independent judgment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer Skills:
Familiarity with multiple browsers, tabs, window navigation, and instant messenger tools.
Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
